Donald A. Hall Aviation Foundation (Est. 2002 - 75th Anniversary of the Spirit’s Flight) Co-Founders: Nova Hall, Donald Hall, & David J. Pashman
The National Heritage Foundation was established in 1968. (You can read about their history here.) NHF promotes people to people projects by setting up “Foundations at NHF” in the area of charitable, educational, scientific or religious activities as described in Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code as amended. By consolidating the administration of these charitable projects, NHF lowers costs to minimum levels. This in turn helps the Donald A. Hall Aviation Foundation in minimizing its administrative costs so more of each dollar goes directly to the foundation’s purpose. Donald A.
